If a reservation is canceled greater than 2 weeks before the first date of stay, a full refund will be given. 

If a reservation is canceled between 3 days prior up until 2 weeks before the first date of stay, a 50% refund will be given. 

So, if there would be a cancellation within 3 days of the first date of stay, no refund will be given. 

 

Additionally, if you are unable to keep the reservation date, but at the time of making the cancellation, you are able to transfer the reservation to another available date (pending room rate is the same as prior reservation) we may be able to just switch the reservation dates of stay.
